1. Solution Design:
Develop end-to-end Power BI solutions including:
Data Modeling and Design:
Design, develop, and maintain data models that support business processes and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
ETL Development:
Develop and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to efficiently move data from various sources into the data warehouse.
Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the ETL process.
Report and Dashboard Creation:
Create visually compelling and insightful reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Customize and enhance existing reports to meet evolving business needs
2. Data Analysis and Interpretation
Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement, proposing and implementing strategies to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency
Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories to guide development and implementation.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and address their analytical needs.
3. Performance Tuning and Optimization
Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions, ensuring efficient query execution and responsiveness.
Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience
4. Documentation and Training:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of BI tools

License & Certificate: Certifications in relevant BI technologies is a plus.
English level: Good
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
Expertise in data modelling, ETL development, and report/dashboard creation.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation.
