• Responsible for establishing and maintaining good rapport with key accounts’ decision-makers or representatives
• Take care of bulk orders and negotiate with sellers to get the best price for orders
• Understand data points to provide insights to brands regarding sales performance and operational improvements
• Assist in troubleshooting seller-related problems and providing actionable proactive solutions to potential issues
• Provide in-depth insight on assigned sellers to the line manager to execute overall category strategies in line with the company’s goals
• Data & problem analysis: Identify, collect, analyze, and visualize data to define problems
• Solution planning implementation: Suggest solutions to improve the conversion rate in the sales funnel from lead to won
• Process management: Optimize the current working process as automatically as possible
• Market analysis: Identify both potential and ineffective market, potential business opportunities, and find product-market fit to improve partner recruitment performance
• Know the details and drivers of assigned sellers and is responsible for the seller’s growth and management on Space T’s e-commerce Platform, including monthly sales reports for each seller
• Deliver impact on category growth by ensuring seller campaign participation and marketing support
