Roles & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for performing routine quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. This role involves conducting physical, chemical, and mechanical tests, recording results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and assisting with troubleshooting production issues to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished insoles to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct physical tests (e.g., thickness, density, hardness, Tensile, Tear, color fastness…)
• Operate and maintain lab equipment such as tensile testers, universal, Martindale, and material for testing
• Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records of inspections, reports, and data logs.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, providing feedback on test results to help improve production processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols for insole manufacturing.
• Ensure proper calibration of laboratory equipment and maintain lab cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report any deviations from quality standards or product defects to the Quality Manager or related department.
