Project Description: Our client is a leading U.S. manufacturer of computer peripherals, including mouse, keyboards, RAM, and more. The project focuses on building a system to integrate and control computer peripherals, such as adjusting DPI, lighting, and device features. The project is planned to span several years and involves collaboration across multiple roles, including PMs, BAs, Developers, QCs, and Designers. The backend is developed using Rust, while the frontend leverages React.
Project Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop software solutions using React that align with clients' requirements.
Work with various stakeholders to design flexible and scalable applications that can evolve with business needs.
Collaborate with team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
Train and mentor junior engineers to help them advance in their careers.
Troubleshoot issues, review code from other team members, and provide support to the customer service team.
Participate in meetings, technical discussions, and documentation creation, including detailed designs and reports.

At least 5 years of experience in software development
Familiarity with Backend technologies such as Rust/Frontend technologies such as React are plus.
Strong experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in backend technologies such as Rust/Java/NodeJs.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating APIs with frontend applications.
Experience working with databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/GitLab.
Solid understanding of cloud technologies, such as Azure or AWS.
Experience in Agile/Scrum-based software development environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is an advantage.
Experience in developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems.
Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and effectively with international clients
