- Ensure the smooth operation and development of all school activities in line with the school\'s general direction.
- Organize educational activities according to the approved plan.
- Efficiently coordinate with various functional departments in both system-wide and site-specific tasks.
- Develop plans, monitor, and supervise the progress of teachers/staff in achieving the yearly goals.
- Participate in evaluating programs and plans at the team/grade/class level to provide professional guidance.
- Advise the Principal in planning professional training in education and training methods for teachers/staff, including modern teaching methods, fostering student thinking in line with the school\'s direction, and developing curriculum relevant to the course of study.
- Assist the Principal in overseeing and monitoring daily activities at the school.
- Organize various tests throughout the school year.
- Conduct assessments and classify student academic results according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education.
- Implement, organize, and monitor specialized events and educational activities in the system.
- Manage and participate in student discipline matters.
- Assist in preparing documents, record before scheduled or unexpected inspections by relevant government authorities.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly work reports to the Board of Directors and the Principal.

- Over 3 years of experience as an Vice Principal or in a management role at reputable, high-quality schools, particularly in bilingual or international schools.
- Proficiency in office software applications.
- Proficiency in English for work and communication is a plus.
- Skills in management, assessment, and teacher guidance, and willingness to innovate teaching methods.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for education and a clear career goal in the field.
