Mô Tả Công Việc Sales Admin/Sales Support/Sales Associate Với Mức Lương Từ 600 USD
• Provide regular technical training in Vietnam and Cambodia
• Follow-up on warranty submissions from customers
• Resolve technical issues onsite at customer factory
• Prepare, maintain and modify training materials
• Translation of training material between English, Vietnamese and Mandarin
• Create and maintain customer database
• Provide event support
• Any adhoc duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma in related fields
• At least 3 years\' experience as Service Engineer
• Preferably to have experience in bicycle industry
• Good knowledge in bicycle components, parts and technicalities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, PPT)
• Willing to travel within Vietnam and Cambodia
