Mô Tả Công Việc Social Media Với Mức Lương 400 - 800 USD
Customer Support Staff:
- Handling customer claims: Receive information of quality issue from customer / LG local office / LG Korea & make reports for each issue
- Together with the team to analysis the issue until being solved as a host
- Analyse the change decide customer notification required & Follow up concerns / requests raised and fulfill until getting customer’s release
- Ship-back shipment handling (RMA): Receive information of ship-back shipment from customer / LG’s 3rd party & Monitor the shipment until re-shipping completed
- Work with related teams to decide ship-back or scrap
- KPI management
- Other jobs assigned

• Fluent in English & MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Be proactive, detailed oriented, Logical thinking and communication skills
