- Actively seek, approach and exploit new customers in the market, especially customers who are learning or having knowledge about Blockchain, Crypto, digital transformation.
- Consulting, supporting and answering questions about Blockchain related products. At the same time build, maintain and develop sustainable, long-term relationships with customers.
- Receive information and feedback from customers, exploit, clarify requirements, reflect, coordinate with market development team, software development team to improve product value for customers.
- Update information of customers and potential customers, control the success rate of cooperation and report to superiors. Ensure and promote sales according to set targets.

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of technology (knowledge of Blockchain, Crypto, digital transformation is an advantage)
