The Modern Trade Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility in modern trade channels. This role involves managing key accounts, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring the effective distribution of our products.

Account Management:
- Identify, establish, and manage relationships with modern trade customers and key accounts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Negotiate and implement mutually beneficial business agreements with key accounts.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a modern trade sales strategy to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Create sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for modern trade channels.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Distribution Management:
- Ensure effective product distribution and availability across modern trade outlets.
