A packaging company is seeking a potential candidate for the position of Export Sales Executive with the following responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify and develop potential customers, maintain relationships with existing customers.
Receive information about new product quotation requests and ly check quotations for customers, proceed with sample production of new products upon customer request.
Organize, supervise, and process orders to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Plan daily/weekly/monthly work tasks. Fully engage in customer care as per the Job Description.
Organize the implementation of order execution, monitor the progress of each order as confirmed by the workshop.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery department to arrange delivery for customers.
Receive and handle customer feedback on product quality, pricing, product progress, and other related information.
Propose sales policies, product image promotion programs, and company promotion programs.
Prepare monthly sales reports, reports on invoice issuance status.
Archive records and prepare reports as required.
Perform other job requirements as directed by the Sales Manager.
Educational background: University
Minimum 2years of experience as a export salesperson in the same field of packaging is a plus
Proficient in English communication.
