Mô Tả Công Việc Chuyên viên quản lý chất lượng (QA) Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer specializing in Aluminium Die Casting. The role involves ensuring product quality through robust quality assurance practices, optimizing casting quality processes, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and deliver high-quality cast components that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities

(I) Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.
(II) Work experience: • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance for die-casting operations, preferably in automotive, wireless network, or industrial manufacturing.
(III) Technical skills:
Strong knowledge of die-casting processes, equipment, and diecasting “know-how”.
Proficiency in using quality tools such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), spectrometers, and X-ray inspection systems.
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
Experience with advanced quality systems, including PPAP, APQP, and SPC.
(IV) Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to provide 8D quality report, and various quality tools
(V) Certifications
Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or similar process improvement certifications.
Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 standards.
(VI) Language: Proficient in English or Chinese
