Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance Management: Monitor and drive sales performance across retail stores, ensuring all locations meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance store performance.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, train, and mentor store sales teams to achieve business goals. Provide ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.

Planogram Management: Monitor and implement the planogram at stores to increase the customers’ experience and satisfaction.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends to develop action plans. Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.

Inventory and Stock Management: Work with the supply chain to ensure stores are stocked appropriately, maintaining optimal stock levels and product displays. Address inventory issues and ensure smooth stock replenishment.
