Assist project managers on project delivery and performance management;
Assist project managers to analyze project requirements, make project plans and implement;
Work out quality assurance solution and make sure the project is delivered with good quality;
Propose project KPIs and implement incentives to motivate the team;
Train the new members in an effective way;
Complete the other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Fluent English in reading, listening and speaking;
Can work independently;
Logical thinking, attention to details and hard-working;
Proficient in Office;
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and conscientious work, and willing to work on-site.
Ability to plan, manage a team and resolve issues.
Ability to communicate with client and report to senior stakeholders.
