* Summary:
The IT Staff is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing IT infrastructure, maintaining servers, software development and customization.
* Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for office applications and hardware/software issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Administer computer systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Maintain CCTV, time attendance systems.
- Manage and maintain servers, including Domain Controllers, NAS, databases, and virtual machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently and effectively, ensure data security and system integrity.
- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP systems and other applications to support business operations.
