The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing the bank's core technology solutions. This role focuses on developing and integrating advanced technology platforms to support digital transformation, enhance competitiveness, and ensure robust data security. The CTO will work closely with the CIO to shape and execute the long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s vision and business goals.

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in technology development and implementation within a bank, financial institution, or Fintech company.
Proven track record of participating in or leading large-scale technology projects from ideation to practical implementation.
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with advanced technologies, including AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Big Data, and API Banking.
In-depth knowledge of banking systems and modern technology trends.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
