The ERP Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Odoo ERP system at SSIS. This role supports end-users, manages master data, customizes functionalities, and develops dashboards to enhance operational efficiency. The position plays a key role in leveraging technology to streamline processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving system improvements that align with SSIS’s mission and core values.
In addition to system-related responsibilities, this position provides operational and process support to the ERP users in areas such as reporting, automation, compliance, and fixed asset management.
Essential duties and responsibilities
ERP System Administration
1. End-User Support and training:
• Provide guidance and support to users on Odoo functionalities
• Deliver hands-on training sessions and materials to staff
• Create and update ERP usage manuals and workflow guides
• Organize refresher training periodically for existing staff
2. Master Data Management:
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data (students, parents,
