1. Power Plant Management
• Checking daily power generation, confirming equipment status, and reporting (mostly completed through tool operations)
• Calculating and verifying billing amounts during monthly billing (mostly completed through tool operations)
• Coordinating and communicating with maintenance companies during regular inspections
• Coordinating and communicating with maintenance companies during power plant troubles
2. Technical Department Assistant (Priority is on ①, and ② will be handled with available resources)
• Supporting technical document management
• Supporting internal approval processes
• Assisting with purchase orders and contract management for the technical department
• Supporting general administrative tasks for the technical department
• Providing support to PM team members with available resources
Development:
• Managing and updating technical department manuals and regulations
• Preparing guidance materials for new staff and providing guidance
