• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company/client goals.
• Manage and lead a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives for both hospital and OTC channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align & make FC and implement sales strategies for current and new products.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management/regional team.
