Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and technical requirements for projects and products.

Process Mapping: Assist in analyzing and mapping business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

Solution Coordination: Work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, system integration, or logistics (WMS/OMS) is a plus.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL for data analysis.
Analytical Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Soft Skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Team player with a proactive and self-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
Familiarity with process modeling tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
