Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Newland USA, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leading the business development team and developing key strategies to expand market reach. You will work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities in the U.S. immigration consulting industry (EB-3, EB-5).
- Client & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Sales Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the business development team (BDEs) to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
