Job Summary
This position will take key responsibilities for end-to-end recruitment processes of office and retail staff level, while supporting other HR Operations to drive overall HR effectiveness.
Principal Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview coordination and evaluating suitable candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align recruitment direction with business needs.
• Manage recruitment channels and devise innovative solutions to meet hiring demands. Cultivate and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure efficient and effective compliance with internal hiring policies and standard operational processes.
• Support the onboarding process after hiring to help new employees get on board smoothly.
Other HR Operations (30%)
• Support the resignation process including how to submit resignation letter, exit interview, handover checklist.
