Responsibilities
• Manage and operate administrative work at the factory (catering, uniforms, cleaning, security, employee shuttle bus, waste, etc.).
• In charge of work related to labor safety, compliances, environment, fire prevention and fighting (FFD), corporate with other sections to fulfill the factory certificates.
• Manage facilities, periodic administrative expenses and consumables (office supplies, protective equipments, uniforms, …) ensuring efficient and cost-effective usage.
• Plan and support organizing internal factory events, other activities, and resolve arising issues within the factory.
• Report to: Japanese GM, Japanese GD

Education level: Bachelor
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a Factory, preferably with experience working in Japanese manufacturing companies, especially in the Food industry.
• Commencement: 15/08/2025
• Language: Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and able to communicate fluently in English

• Bonus: Assessment annually in Jan.
• From: Mon to Fri, 8:00 to 5:00pm (Time break: 12:00 ~ 13:00)
