Analyze business requirements from customers and end users.
Build and manage requirement documents, including documents such as Use Case, User Story, Process Flow, Wireframe, Mockup.
Work directly with customers to collect information, identify needs, and solve problems.
Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for product/service improvements.
Survey and advise on suitable solutions for customers
Support partners in preparing bids, solution documents, and technical requirements... for the project
Prepare documents to meet work requirements (product proposal, solution presentation slide, technical requirements, sample BOM, product comparison documents...)mình
Support Sales in making cost estimates and answering questions related to product features
Work with the software development team to provide solutions for customers
Perform business tests to ensure product quality.
Participate in meetings and present analysis results.

University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and withstand high work pressure.
Ability to use office software proficiently (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of project management methods (Agile, Scrum).
Experience working with requirements management software (Jira, Confluence).
Good English skill
