Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new/existing products to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process control plans for consistent, defect-free soldering.
• Conduct process qualification and validation studies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on wave soldering equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues, including rework processes.
• Manage spare parts for soldering equipment.
• Inspect PCBs for solder quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments for smooth wave soldering operation.
• Provide technical support and training to soldering technicians.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities for manufacturability.
• Analyze soldering process data and implement process improvements.
