Deputy Training Manager is responsible for building a high-performing culture through training and development initiatives. Fostering coaching and mentoring relationships, through which to build a learning culture where talents are recognized and utilized

2. Manage department operation
3. Training evaluation and improvement
4. Team Management & Development
5. Rules and Regulations
6. Other duties
Roles and responsibilities:
- Foster organizational development through learning & development solutions/policies
- Develop & update career roadmap for within and cross functions development
- Create individual development programs for talents
