★ Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our team in the production of architectural documents in through all stages of a project; flexible and able to shift between different tasks from Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Basic Design
- Capable of handling multi-tasks or project at the same time;
- Prepare accurate drafting markups (a thorough understanding of construction detailing is essential)
- Assemble construction drawing sets in AutoCAD including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.
- Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines.
- Responsible, high-efficient working and good attitude of team working.

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or in related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, MS office (PPT, etc).
- Knowledge of 3Ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup shall be preferred, and shall be an added advantage
- Communication skills: spoken, graphic, and written.
- Required language: Good communication skills in English (essential)
- Strong personal organizational and time management skills
- Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on high profile projects
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of and sensitivity to architectural design intent
- Only for Vietnamese nationalities
