Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all quantity surveying activities during the tender phase.
• Assign and supervise staff in quantity take-off and cost estimation as per schedule
• Plan and implement quantity calculation for bidding packages.
• Build and update cost libraries, base unit prices; propose optimal value engineering (VE) solutions
• Collaborate with departments and site teams to align technical methods and control cost risks
• Collect and analyze tender data (CFA, material ratios, etc.); improve templates and calculation tools.
• Train and evaluate team performance; carry out other tasks as assigned.

• At least 10 years of experience in QS, including 3+ years in a management or team leader role, preferably in tendering.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and tools: Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant QS software.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to analyze and propose cost-effective solutions (Value Engineering).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
