The Program Manager will be responsible for oversee and coordinate a portfolio of related embedded-software projects, aligning program objectives with organizational goals, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor embedded-software programs from initiation through completion.

- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports.
- Lead program governance, including risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Communicate program status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage and mentor project managers or team leads working on associated projects.
- Ensure all projects under the program align with organizational standards and frameworks.
- Identify interdependencies and mitigate risks across projects.
- Scout for opportunities for expanding project / service business
