- Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers and IT professionals to guarantee smooth deployment, automation and management of software infrastructure.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automation tools and frameworks to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention. Automate repetitive tasks and build self-healing systems.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for multiple software applications and environments.
- You will need to be comfortable with constantly learning new tools and techniques along with running proof of concept evaluations to keep us on the leading edge.
- System Reliability: Monitor and maintain the reliability and availability of the company's digital infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and applications.
- Performance Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks and performance issues, and work with development teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Enhance system security and data protection strategies.
- Document and refine DevOps practices, including version control, code deployment, and configuration management.
- Participate in on-call rotation for supporting critical systems outside of normal business hours.

MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- With 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related field.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as Azure and GCP, focusing deep AWS.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and processes, particularly with GitLab CI and ArgoCD GitOps.
- Strong with Kubernetes, or equivalent container orchestration tooling (Docker swarm, Docker)
- Expertise with common Infrastructure as Code tools. For example, Terraform, Terragrunt or CloudFomation.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack is essential.
- Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. DataDog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
- Solid understanding of network, security, and database administration.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience managing hybrid cloud or on-premise environments.
- Engage with the security team to enhance security practices and continuously improve your knowledge and skills in this area.
- Expertise coding in one or more languages (Python, Java, Go...)
