About the role:
• To take ownership of the product in the Mekong Delta.
• Champion Health & Safety: You\'ll ensure our hotels, transport, and product partners meet the highest safety standards across all destinations, giving our clients peace of mind.
• To take ownership of Client Feedback and Feedback reporting.
• To ensure effective management of the product lifecycle in the Mekong Delta.
• To negotiate competitive rates for our product in the Mekong Delta.
• To update the supplier database for efficient retrieval and referral.
• To assist with cost benchmarking for packages and tours.
• To assist with scheduling business trips and inspection trips.
• To facilitate product research tasks.
• To help oversee our internal system and ensure accurate imagery, copy and rates.
