ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage global CRM system (Salesforce.com, PowerBI, Qlikview), support sales force effectively and efficiency on database management.
• Manage data sources and update master data.
• Develop the internal system to integrated data (Sales data and CRM data) to track effectively activities on sales and identify opportunities for improving FF productivity via new IT solutions
• Design and provide standard reports, (e.g. daily/monthly sales report, territory deployment and SFE KPIs, etc.) or data/reports as per request.
• Co-ordinate with SFE team and work with field force team to ensure alignment and effective execution and operation.
• Work with other departments to fulfil their ad-hoc demands related to the sales data and Sales Force performance data.
• Perform the routine back up process and make sure all the backed-up data able to recovery from the storage device
• Work with global vendor to handle the mass update in the CRM system as well as maximize its capacity.
