TUUCI ASIA is searching for a new team member who embodies passion and performance in the Production department. In this role, the Production manager will play a crucial part in providing excellent service and optimizing workflow to effectively support the expanding links of TUUCI’s global supply chain system. Your leadership will help us to meet our commitments professionally.
Key responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, manage production activities to meet established goals and targets.
• Collaborate with other relevant partners to optimize the workflow and the overall performance of the factory.
• Supervise teams to uphold quality control standards and continually improve safety performance.
• Collect production metrics to analyze, measure and improve efficiency on the floor.
• Supervise and motivate the pool of talents using the structural incentive mechanism.
• Maintain the CSR program at factory floor level. Coordinate the CSR audit/ report.
• Lead and maintain a maintenance plan including a preventive maintenance one.
• Organize, implement and maintain safety practices all over production. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed/reinforced.
• Train staff, evaluate performance, recommend promotion to the Managing director.
• Initiate and lead the changes to constantly improve the direct floor performance.
