Delivery the engineering plan in line with Business Plan/ Engineering manager
Manage design engineers & detail engineers to work in team.
Manage and re-enforcement team members to the best practice.
Ensure that all the schedules are met as per commitment with Sales team and customers.
Work closely with Sale Team / Customer to support and offer Lysaght solutions.
Work with Sale team / engineering / customer to develop new products
Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position.

Experience in PEB design at least 5 years
Familiar to international standards in steel structure (mild steel / cold form) and concrete structures.
Understand fabrication process / tolerance / limitation
Understand selling / bidding process, erection process, erection tolerance, method statement
Presentation skills
