Mô Tả Công Việc Social Media Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
- Source, evaluate, and review the performance of suppliers, including but not limited to price, service, quality, and delivery accuracy, ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out in compliance with the Quality Management System and company guidelines;
- Coordinate with R&D, RA to source new materials for product development projects and obtain dossiers from suppliers for registration purposes;
- Maintain the Purchase Information Record and ensure that all details related to price, discounts, delivery terms, payment terms, suppliers, and inbound and outbound goods are recorded and updated in the ERP system;
- Follow up with suppliers and update delivery schedules for the relevant departments;
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure that shipping documents are received on time and in full before the consignments reach ports in Vietnam, and review the documents before sending them to the customs declaration staff;
- File and follow up on complaints regarding quality/quantity discrepancies (if any) with suppliers, and claim insurance if needed;
- Prepare all relevant payment documents for the Finance department upon receipt of invoices to process payments for suppliers;
- Periodically evaluate suppliers and maintain strong relationships with them;
- Prepare reports related to the procurement of materials;
