Mô Tả Công Việc IT Helpdesk/IT support Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Maintain IT infrastructure network and system (Windows servers Performance, devices, System software, Vmware, Active Directory, File Server, Email Server, VPN, Backup...);
Monitor the performance of the network;
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems;
Plan and report the cost of replacing or updating relation to infrastructure;
Monitor and Implement security to protect systems and network;

Having programming software skill is plus
Having Linux experience is a plus
Having Cloud experience is a plus
Have experience in setting up and maintaining network security and systems ( switch, firewall, Windows Server...)
