This role is designed to foster a positive and high-performance work culture in a technical environment, while seamlessly driving general HR operations at the same time. This includes managing end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and HR policies to support business growth, as well as ensuring smooth employee relations and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Execute end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
• Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and optimize hiring strategies.
• Conduct salary negotiations and onboarding for new hires.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
2) Employee Engagement & Internal Environment
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee motivation and workplace culture.
• Organize company events (team-building, workshops, company trips).
• Facilitate communication between employees and senior management.
