Develop and implement business strategies to expand the IT market in Vietnam.
Identify, approach, and build relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
Collect and analyze market data and customer needs to support the development of sales strategies.
Participate in contract negotiations, contract liquidation, and ensure compliance with commercial terms.
Support training and mentoring for new employees, sharing expertise on products and sales techniques.
Attend customer conferences, exhibitions, and training programs both domestically and internationally to enhance knowledge and expand professional networks.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Analyze individual sales performance, propose solutions to improve revenue and enhance sales effectiveness.
Contribute marketing ideas and develop customer engagement strategies to strengthen brand awareness and expand market share.
Với Mức Lương Từ 20 Triệu Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong ability to identify and develop potential customers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with distribution channels, partners, and B2B clients.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
