The IMC Senior Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans that enhance brand power and business performance. This role collaborates with various functions to ensure a seamless customer experience and impactful brand communication by leading the IMC process from start to finish.
Key Accountabilities
1. Marketing Communications Planning (20%)
• Develop and implement innovative IMC plans aligning with overall business objectives.
• Create a rolling 12-month communications calendar with brand marketing priorities.
• Manage the IMC budget optimizing resource allocation.
• Monitor market trends and consumer insights for strategic enhancements.
2. Integrated Marketing Communications (35%)
• Lead the development and implementation of above-the-line (ATL) marketing campaigns.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing initiative effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing function to deploy an effective IMC plan.
• Integrate product messaging into campaigns with the product marketing team.
• Work with the Omni-channel team to develop comprehensive channel strategies.
