Mô Tả Công Việc Nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng Với Mức Lương 9 - 14 Triệu
- Handling import/ export documents for sea shipments: check invoice/packing list, submit SI to shipping lines, make bill of lading, make debit note, send pre-alert to customers & overseas agent, input data in system, check SOA (statement account) of overseas agent, make payment…
- Booking LCL/FCL cargo with shipping lines & co-loader.
- Work with relative parties (co-load/ shipping line) to trace shipment status and ensure shipment on board/ deliver on schedule and report to direct manager if any issue happen.
- Always check and update cargo status to customer & overseas agent.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Managers.

- Bachelor’s/College's Degree in a business field such as Import – Export, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade…
- At least 05 year experiences in forwarding and logistics with knowledge and practice.
- Good at English (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
- Good communication with customers and related parties
- Active, can work independently, work group, under high pressure.
