- Discuss with clients to identify their needs and give advice.
- Join project team to inspect existing site if necessary.
- Oversee projects in tender phase, from advising Design team on technical solutions to controlling BOQ and price, ensuring a proper and identical submission that meets clients' requirements.
- Be the project team lead after the tender-appointment milestone, play the role as the main contact point between clients and internal project team and quickly resolve all arising issues.
- Supervise and control the quality of detailed drawings, material resources, and other construction documentation, ensuring to adequately transform the design to reality.
- Supervise and control the construction quality and project master schedule, ensuring to hand over the projects following the agreed timeline at a good quality.
- Update continuously about the technical solutions and innovations in the industry, hence propose innovative ideas to develop project quality and efficiency in the future.
- Be responsible for researching and studying technology/tools to support the tasks of a Project Manager.
