As a process engineer, you will analyse and optimise manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This includes process designing, troubleshooting, process optimisation, process analysis, process documentation, quality control, project management, process automation and quality assurance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
- Develop, implement, and optimize welding processes (MIG, TIG, Resistance Welding)
- Analyze production workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor welding quality, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure weldability of new products.
- Support troubleshooting of welding-related issues on production lines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (AWS, ISO) and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on welding techniques.
- Work with suppliers to evaluate and implement new welding materials and technologies.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in welding process development and manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Spot Welding, Resistance Welding)
- Experience with welding equipment, fixtures, and automation.
- Familiarity with welding standards (AWS, ISO 3834, ASME)
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing process tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with process troubleshooting.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate in English for daily work.
