1. Responsible for managing the production cycle of our own factory, and coordinating the development of factory production plans based on the master plan;
2. Coordinate with material control, procurement, and relevant departments of the factory to prepare materials, equipment, and human resources required for production;
3. Monitor the production and product delivery of each process in the factory according to the established plan, adjust abnormalities in a timely manner, and ensure delivery time;
4. Follow up on the inventory and delivery status of materials, pay attention to the safety stock and stagnant inventory status, and adjust the delivery schedule according to the situation;
5. Monitor the work order closure rate and material loss during the production process;
6. Assist the factory in ensuring material supply, provide early warning of high-risk material supply, and ensure production demand;
7. Cooperate with the quality department to handle quality issues.
