Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that meet business objectives and boost user growth.
Create and manage content calendars to drive brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, using insights to improve effectiveness continually.
Work closely with content creators and influencers to launch engaging user-generated content (UGC) and promotional campaigns.
Manage end to end of a marketing video making from idea to video recording/ editing, to posting/ seeding (tiktok and youtube marketing video)
Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and preferences, developing targeted user personas.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Experience:
4-5 years in marketing with demonstrated success in campaigns.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager) and design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of user experience design principles and excellent visual design skills.
Experience in UI/UX design is a plus

English: Fluent
