Report to Cluster General Manager and is responsible for managing the hotels’ reactive, proactive, sales and marketing.
Set and meet the objectives, sales target and budgeted revenue
Implement the hotels’ brand strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales and marketing process and focuses on building long –term, valued – based customer relationships in corporate leisure and incentive markets that enable achievement of hotels’ top line revenue objectives
Monitor and supervise the gathering of marketing statistics, current markets trends and implement strategies according to statistical analysis.
