Job Purpose:
To strategically plan, coordinate, and manage the procurement activities of an organization, with the aim of acquiring goods and services at the best possible value, while ensuring quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
• Product and Project Management
- Work closely with Senior Purchasing Manager/Office Manager/Product Manager to understand the requirements of different products/projects.
- Responsible for the main objectives in procurement field and follow projects from A to Z.
- Participate and contribute to our Global Sourcing projects.
- Fully inform the Office Manager and Product Manager of all vital aspects of projects (price, quality, delivery etc.) and devise plan for successful launch and delivery.
• Supplier Management
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of what kind of sources exist in the region, shortlist, and select those that offer competitiveness that fits our needs.
- Visit and conduct on site audit to evaluate supplier’s proficiency on material, production, quality management.
