JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
1. Position: Accounts assistant
2. Department: Accounting
3. Report to: Chief accountant
4. Detail of Job:
The ideal candidate would have demonstrated a strong work ethic and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job description:
• Maintain the Employer’s accounting system in compliance with Vietnam accounting Standards and international Accounting Standards.
• Data entry into Fast Accounting system.
• Assist the Chief accountant in the preparation of the budget revisions as agreed upon with the management team and prepare budget variance reports and reports on deviations.
