Roles and Accountabilities:
• Management:
- Monitoring & Implementing workload of the office by deadline
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure the high-quality outcome and organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Internal Travel Consultancy:
- Travel consultant
- Assisting Internal Sales Team on tour proposal & quotation.
• Product:
- Coordinating with Product Dept. to research and develop new product.
- Improving existing production.
- Inspection on spot and reporting if requested.
• Contracting:
- Negotiating with suppliers to get the best rate and condition. Update tariff to database and Sales Team.
- Controlling, following and monitoring the use of preferred list suppliers as well as periodically reviewing the preferred list and giving suggestions to Contracting of Head Office
- Carrying out the net-working with local suppliers to build the relationship for better negotiation and increasing awareness of the company's brand name.
• Operations:
- In charge of the day-to-day planning and the overall master plan for all tasks of the department, including transportation, guide assignment, restaurants, activities and all other relevant tour components…
- Training and supporting operation team at the based office.
• Quality Control:
- Overseeing the smooth & consistency quality standard of all tours.
- Coordinating with QC Dept to ensure the provided quality meets the required standards.
- Constantly screening, following and controlling the quality of all products and suppliers.
• Marketing:
- Frequently collecting and updating the information based on its urgency and relating to all tourism related fields in the Destinations (Suppliers, Products, Services…)
- Researching information on the services from other DMCs/Competitors and providing information to related departments
- Assisting on promoting and branding business image through-out the regions as an Company Ambassador.
• Others:
- Monthly & Quarterly reports and other periodical reviews upon requests from management.
- Other tasks upon request from the management.
