• Planning and execution of projects.
• Make report of project schedule
• Track project performance
• Project evaluations and results measurement.
• Manage project administration, including controlling documentation accuracy and consistency
• Report regularly to Project Manager
• Lead weekly meetings to cover project progress
• Responsible for delivering project (schedule, quality) on the current project assignment.
• Utilizes communication skills to provide regular projects updates to the client and their representatives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects across different functions (IT, Warehouse Operation, Transportation Operation, etc.) & external stakeholders (client, subcontractors).
