- Company size: 20-30ppl, providing internal consulting service in Finance, Legal, IT for companies under Aluko Vietnam
- Be responsible for detailed C&B tasks (Payroll, Insurance, PIT, contract management, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Assist in recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Process work permit, residential card, visa application procedures for expatriates
- Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and handle general administrative duties.

- At least 3 years of experience in HR&GA
- Candidates from 35-year-old and above would be preferred
- Fluent in English communication
