The Senior Human Resources Consultant will be part of a global HR function, working closely with and reporting to the Regional HR Manager. This role is responsible for providing HR administrative and advisory support across the entire employee lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves daily interaction with managers, offering guidance and support on HR operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Employee and Manager Support
* Provide high-quality advice and support to management on day-to-day HR administrative matters.
* Assist in the implementation of HR programs designed to enhance employee experience.
* Support employees in utilizing self-service HR systems effectively.
* Collaborate with HR teams, including payroll and talent acquisition, to ensure seamless communication and data accuracy.
Employee Lifecycle Management
* Facilitate a comprehensive and engaging onboarding process, including contract preparation, background checks, and hiring manager coordination.
* Process employee contract changes, such as amendments to terms and conditions, job transitions, and terminations.
